I was sent Saga Volume 1 & 2 as a gift from a dear friend. I just finished volume 1. Here are my thoughts on it.

I found Saga to be interesting but not intriguing. Sure it seemed to grip me in the beginning but as the story went on and kind of seemed to slow down in interest for me. I will be continuing to read onto Volume 2 as I feel a bond with these characters, all of them, from the murderous freelancers The Stalk and The Will, Prince Robot IV, and our mains: Alana, Marko, and their love child baby Hazel. What will become of our little family? As they run through their universe seeming to not really belong anywhere as they’re hunted by all sides of the war. We shall hopefully see in Volume 2.

Saga is rated for a Mature reader as there are some graphic and sexual scenes.

Overall I give this 4 stars.

My next read to focus on is: The Woman in the Window that I received in my January Book of the Month Club box. What are you reading?
