This is an older review from earlier this year on my thoughts of The Owl Always Hunts At Night by Samuel Bjork.
This is the first book in a long time to give me trouble getting into and getting through in fact I gave up. So I wrote what I could about it, I gave it 2/5 stars. This is another book I received through the First to Read program.

However I don’t feel this book is for me, I’m having trouble getting into it and I’m now eight chapters in. I’m going to continue to push through and see how far I have to go before it picks up (if it picks up).
I’m sorry I’ve given this book my best shot. I’m now at the beginning of chapter ten but the writing is just not catching on me. It has an interesting premise but it’s not very well written in my opinion.
